The salt delivery is great for me. With a rotator cuff tear I no longer can lift the heavy bags of salt. The delivery people are friendly and prompt and put the 3 bags of salt into the container. It is obviously a lot more expensive to have my salt done this way but I'm putting not having to pick up and put the huge bags into and out of my car and then into the salt container at home worth the price . Avoiding pain is worth the cost!

Reps from Culligan always arrive on time! They are well trained and work quickly & through.
I have the softener for the whole house, my water has never tasted better!! Before I was having issues with my hair and skin, due to the hard watter in my town, both are so much better. Hair isn't frizzy and unmanageable, and my skin is no longer dry and itchy!! I would highly recommend the system for anyone with hard water issues!!

The willingness of the installers to work on the equipment that they installed. There was a leak that was discovered several days later. They came out and fixed it right away.
Bottles are clean, water tastes clean. Customer service is responsive if there is an issue. Driver's are professional and kind. We only had an issue recently where the deliveries kept getting pushed back several days at the last minute. Keeping customers up to date would be helpful - my dad is elderly and put the bottles out in the driveway expecting the driver and then had to go back and bring them back inside x2 because the pick up was changed.
