With much appreciation - I was accommodated on rescheduling to an earlier appointment because of my concerns about equipment malfunctioning. I was also "coached through" how to adjust the problematic machine until the service person could be scheduled. Great office service!
Also, my technican, Mike, was terrific! He reviewed the prior year's service notes for my geratric water treatment system - which was impressive. He also took the time to explain to me a process for UV light changing, which was kind and helpful. He cleaned up everything that needed to be clean - -he was fast in his work; timely in arrival; and very polite. He's definitely another great employee on your staff.

I'm very happy with the service I receive. I feel that the filter is helping to remove excess debris before going into hot water . I am satisfied with receiving messages concerning the timing of changing the filter.
