And well, recently one of your technicians, jeremy, came to assist us with our water softener. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, of his job. And he also uh, replaced several parts. Luckily, we were still under the warranty that we had taken out 10 years ago. And he suggested because of our rus problem that we talked to someone from call again to come out and uh, tell us about an iron removal system that could be um and sort of put into our our, our home. And he, he was just very, very knowledgeable, were in polite so I was just, we were happy to have the mirror.
Culligan recently replaced a filter on my water system. Job done well and efficiently by technician. As always, I was pleased with Culligan service.

Once I do get an appointment, the service rep does an outstanding job. He's very helpful and keeps me informed of the status of my equipment. The only thing I would like to see improved is not having to wait so long to get appointments.

My water has never tasted better. My laundry, hair and dishes are cleaner. Also my skin irritation is no longer an issue. I love that the system we have is small and compact. Looking forward to many years of great water!!!
The water is quality. The delivery schedule is given in advance and reminders are sent to put water bottles out for the day of delivery. When I have contacted customer service they have always been attentive and responded within less than 24-hours. I had numerous other water delivery services prior to contracting with Culligan and none of them compare to Culligan.
