The salt is delivered to the basement area and then the brine tank is also filled. Once a year a technician tests and checks the system to see if it is working as is should. Helpful office personnel who are always able and willing to be of help to you and answer your questions.
Our Service Agent Kelvin was OUTSTANDING!!! He kindly listened to our questions & conceners, while making sure to take his time to answer all of our questions as well as re-explained the spe and system we have in our home! It's been years of having it and there were quite a few things we'd forgotten & misunderstood. Kelvin was about to straighten everything out in 1 visit. We are looking forward to seeing him next year!

We had a good experience with the salesman and the gentleman that installed our new unit. Happy that when there was a misunderstanding about our order that it was a handled promptly and professionally.
Would have preferred to pay a deposit then be charged the balance when the work was completed as it is not our practice to pay in full in advance for a service that has not been done
