The repairman WILL, out of Dixon office, looked at situation and knew immediately what the problem was (previously delivery man looked at our softener to no result). Not only did Will immediately diagnose issue, he fixed it with a tool of his own device he carried with him (!) We were impressed not only with his competence but with his taking time to explain issue and what he'd done...answering all our questions.

The delivery guy is just a super individual.
They work great with our well water at home. Very rare yellow coloring due to water. Clean water for cooking and drinking. Any issues with equipment Culligan responds immediately. Friendly and great communication from staff whenever visits are due or not needed.

Over the years, my H2O consumption has varied from month to month. That, coupled with a long, pesky driveway for the driver and truck to navigate, "Delivery Day" could always end up being a challenge.
