The Quality of the water
Definitely saves your back from carrying bags of salt downstairs. But the service includes a double check of softener setting and a test of your water to insure everything is working properly. Each delivery is done quickly and efficiently.

The water is very good quality. The communication with staff and myself is fantastic. They keep me posted on any changes and delivery, how many 5 gallon bottles that I will need and if there’s any changes on my end. Whenever I call to ask any questions they are very courteous on the telephone and answer my questions.

Love the soft water (my appliances love it too)! Salt delivery is very reliable and delivery guy is so friendly. No longer concerned about our water quality. Would recommend Culligan to anyone!

Chase explained everything I needed to know. He showed me everything and answered all my questions. Made sure to point out all shut off valves and when or why we might need to use them. There was no mess left behind and extremely nice!
