Your representative called ahead and let us know he would be early. He came and knew everythng he needed to know to help us with the system. He showed us how to care for the system replaced only what needed replacing and I feel the service was fairly priced.

The only problem I had with the recent service was that the technician did not have the replacement filter for my bar ice machine. The office did not indicate that I had that filter even though it had been replaced many times in the past.
Awesome water softener. John the service technician who came out to look at our old one was honest and fair, told us exactly what was wrong, gave us options to fix old one or buy a new one (for the price a new one made perfect sense!). Chris the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris and Dustin, the installers did a great job! And showed up 3 minutes early! WOW that NEVER happens with a 2 hour window service time! Thank you!!!
The technicians that did the install were excellent, very professional and thorough. We now can drink our well water and use our ice from the ice maker in the refrigerator
Service , employees are terrific. We enjoy having the filtration system as it provides great water. Also as I have a disability, having culligan deliver and fill my softener with salt is such a big help. Great service and dependability.
I appreciate that they deliver the salt and fill the softener. If my daughter has any issues and/or questions, they have been very quick to respond.

Being a new customer we are still trying to figure out how much water we need weekly. Your service is wonderful. Even though the Galena Culligan facility is VERY close by, whenever we call we have our water right away.
