I know that our toilets do not get so brown and Patricia even praised your company for her dishes coming out so clean. I had a Rain Soft system with four tanks, and a Chandler UV Light. I was very unhappy with the Rain Soft system that I could not wait to get it out of my home. I called them not long ago just to do a service and they only changed a couple of small plastic valves and cleaned out the air suction valve. They were only at our home for about an hour and charged me over $1,000 (over a thousand dollars). When I had asked them to put down that they only replaced to small valves they refused to do that and just put that they serviced the system and when I complained about their price they still would not change it. We are an older couple and I feel they took advantage of us. I will never use Rain Soft again.
