Several months ago we had our water softener serviced by culligan and recently I noticed we had a leak in our basement. I originally thought it was our water heater but found out it was the water softener. Initially I was told that the previous service was outside of the normal warranty period but when I explained we use the home as a group home for young adults through a church the service manager agreed to repair the leak at no charge.

The new water softener and whole house water filtration system is working wonderfully. The soft water is definitely less drying to my skin and the filtered water tastes great! I'm so glad I got the dual systems and I highly recommend both.

Your representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He filled the tank with my salt after he repaired the leak. He showed me what was leaking. He is a very good representative for Culligan.

Timely manner with appts , communication is important!! The customer needs to know that Culligan is calling and not just a regular cell phone number when trying to communicate!! That's my biggest issue at this time!! Make more available appts for customers!!

A lot easier to have the faucet/under sink filter that to haul the bottles back and forth and it’s also cheaper! James Johnson was our installer and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable about Culligan products as we as professional and personable. Definitely recommend!
I had a service man come out and find a problem in the Neutralizer which signaled an "E3" readout alarm but didn't explain what it was. He seemed to fix it by pulling some wires and reconnecting but the problem recurs. I asked a salesman who came out to estimate what needed fixing/replacing and asked him what the "E3" alarm meant. He said he'd ask the service repair head and get back to me but I haven't heard anything.
