Excellent At communication and responsiveness. A previous vendor never had our water delivery on time and after 17 years I finally switched to Culligan. Should have done it ages ago.
The salt deliveries are as scheduled and the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite and try to minimize any out door residue that they might pick up on their shoes before entering the house. I also appreciate that they always test the water to be sure that everything is functioning as required. Our life has been easier since beginning this service.

In the top 2 things that I really love about culligan is there always on time when they deliver it. My particular driver that delivers the tanks gives me a buzz about 10 minutes. 15 minutes before he gets my my home. So I can be there. I love that part of bottom and I love the customer support we can call into the office. Today I spoke to gal named sonya and I've spoken to in the past and she's just always up to the central professional on the phone. Determine to solve your issue. It's just a great experience. She's the template on our scholarship go.
