Easy to have salt delivered
The delivery person is always professional and friendly. I don't always need salt on the pre-determined date, but they are always helpful in rescheduling. The pricing is fair.

Excellent company staff, from the person that answers the phone, Chris the professional salesman, to the installer. Culligan carries a great service and equipment reputation. Never gave any other company a thought when deciding to rent a water softener.
There are rental or purchase options for the customers. For convenience, we liked that the unit was placed in the utility room downstairs & not under the sink. Also the reduction of plastics is super important to us. This is, in our opinion, the best clean/fresh water, especially when drank from reusable glassware or glass bottles. It’s awesome!!!

Local customer service! I know things are tough for everyone, But knowing their local Makes it worth it!
The water tastes good. Home delivery is convenient. It took us about 6 months to figure out how much water we need to order each time and Culligan has been patient and delivered however much we needed each month after I called them and spoke with a real person who listens and speaks perfect English. If we aren't home they leave the water in our breezeway. If we are here, they bring the water into the house to our storage space.
The rental water softener is well maintained.
