We have had outstanding service from Stewart Gow and his crew for many years. We initially had a competitor and gladly made the switch to Culligan for our r/o and water softener. They have been extremely responsive to the very few service issues that have come up. Most recently when they were out to change filters on our r/o unit the tech checked them and informed us the filters didn't need replacing. That's the kind of integrity and customer-relationship focused servce that is unusual. to find these days. I can't say enough great things about our experiences with Culligan of Crystal Lake.
