Soft water !!
I have been a customer for a very long time so can't remember why or when I started getting their services but I haven't had any negative issue so I have just kept doing what I have been doing!! At this point there is no reason for me to discontinue their service and/or products!

The filters work well. The plan is affordable. And the service is attentive. I do think the service contact and scheduling could be improved. When I had an issue, the first service opportunity was about 3 weeks out.

Culligan has been a leader in water treatment for well over 80 years. My parents used Culligan water treatment throughout my childhood, and I always remember the Culligan man coming to bring the canister to soften the water. When I bought my house I went with Culligan because I know it’s a trusted name and will still be around in 30 years, I don’t think you can say that for some of the other water treatment companies. Callaghan has been around for as long as they have because they have a high quality product and they’re committed to their customers and they just do basically one thing treat water.
Stellar customer service. Sonia Torres is a consummate professional and very diligent in her following up after the service. She’s management material. Dimetri the technician was very informative about the service clearly explained everything as he went through it.

The products are very good quality and the customer service is outstanding! The customer service/office person Alice is excellent. She is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and works diligently to resolve any customer service issues when they have arose. And Jermaine and Dustin (home service techicians), were so polite, professional, and worked to resolve issues that came up during service calls that resulted due to Culligan equipment. All I can say is that these three individuals represent Culligan exceptionally. I am a very satisfied customer because of employees like these.

I like the convenience of not having to go out to buy salt, and to have someone else lift it and put it in the tank. My towels and sheets are soft, and my clothes do not have electricity in them.
