Your products work extremely well and your services either for maintenance or supplies are exceptional. I have used your salt delivery service going on five years. I have never run out of salt and the annual schedule is correct. I receive phone call reminders and if necessary I can reschedule a new date no more than one week later. Everyone is extremely customer focused, super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable of the products you sell. It is a pleasure to do business with an organization of this caliber.

I recently had a water softener installed. When it flooded my garage after install Culligan took care of it immediately and it is working perfectly now. I would like a call to set up salt delivery.

I am a legacy Culligan adopter. My parents have always had a Culligan system in every house they have ever been in. The installation went very smoothly. Both of the technicians that came out were absolute world class gents.

The products are always top quality and long lasting. The people who service them are very well trained in the service they provide and knowledge of the products themselves. They take time to explain everything about the product and to answer any questions. They never push a product or service on the customer. They want the home owner to feel completely comfortable with the product or service. They are polite and friendly.
So far my water softener works well, no problems. Delivery of salt on time, they call me letting me know when to expect them.
