I wish you would get rid of the plastic bottles and switch to glass. Water quality is good but plastic is BAD.

The products I have are 100% what I expected to get and appear to be working fine. I have considered calling to have a checkup / service tech out to swap filters and retest our water, I was half expecting a sales / service call at the one year mark, maybe I did get one, at least Culligan has not been spam calling me. Its time for that checkup.
I had a service call and was not completely happy with the results. I have a Culligan water softener system. I called about it and the telephone rep sent another tech for a follow up. Turns out there was no problem but I appreciated the repeat visit and I was not charged. I am very happy with Culligan Annapolis.
