I needed a new water softener and asked 3 companies to bid. Only Culligan came to my home and checked the prior system and verified what was needed. My home had a unique set up that only Culligan took the time to check it out and making their bid the best. Installation was easy and the system explained thoroughly.
Culligan offers a service to check the system and replace any salt as needed. It was reasonably priced and a service to bring and maneuver those unwieldy salt bags, to me that was a no brainer.
