Ease of use and efficiency
Very informative. Did excellent job and did something for us when we asked him.
We have never used water softener. KC came to our home and explained everything and did a great job.

I like the fact that I can shower, wash my clothes and drink my water from the tap because my water softener makes it that way. Hard water can do so much damage and cost you a lot of money.

Your associates who deliver our salt are awesome - I'm not sure how they could carry so many bags at one time! We also have 2 German Shepherds who adore them. We have done pick up before, but having it delivered is so much easier for us. And the water is great - not having the calcium build up saves money on our appliances since we don't have to replace them too often. I highly recommend Culligan -
The people that come out are great
I especially like the employees! Whether I need to call the office or I have someone delivering salt for my softener, I've had only positive experiences. All the employees are professional, friendly, understanding, and efficient. Of course, the salt is great, but it's the people who make an experience positive.
One more thing that I really like is the cost. With all the inflation caused by Trump's tariffs and the war he created in Iran, I'm happy to see that Culligan has kept prices very reasonable.
