Their services are reliable. They're responsive when there's a need. They come out as soon as they can. They take care of the problem and I love the service. We have a whole house water softener and a reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system for the kitchen and we've had their service since 2014 and I wouldn't change it. We live on well and at times that can be problematic, but Culligan has handled every problem we've come across thus far . We love Culligan of Crystals lake, their products and their customers service team and their services technicians, they know there stuff.

Our service tech arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed a problem with our water softener and addressed our concerns for our RO system. He recommended we upgrade to a bigger tank for the RO to better fit our needs and concerns. We agreed. A few short days later he returned and very quickly upgraded our tank. Great service with a smile. Highly recommended!
