The local friendly Culligan employees are quick to respond to my concerns, their product warranties are excellent, and our toilet bowls are no longer brown.

Had to wait weeks for an apt, but technician was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Did not have correct meter on truck, but found one and returned same day. Extra effort much appreciated.
