I love the water softener system! I can immediately tell and feel the difference in the water quality. My skin is not itching like it was before and it doesn’t feel as dry after I shower. The water softener system fits nicely into the space in my basement and is attractive and appealing as a piece of equipment. I love the customer service I’ve received as well and the gentleman who completed the installation gave me all of the details on how to use the system. It’s been running like a champ every since it’s been installed. It hasn’t affected the water pressure or anything. I would recommend Culligan if Annapolis.

We bought our water filtration unit from Culligan in order to help get our kids' eczema more under control. Even with a family of four, we have not had to buy salt as often as we thought we would be. The staff at Culligan works with us to adjust the number of bags in each delivery, or delay the delivery as needed. The delivery guys are always courteous, neat and efficient, and nimbly navigate their way through our home with the heavy bags of salt. I feel happy whenever I see a Culligan delivery truck, because I think we made a really good investment with their filtration system, and feel supported by their great staff.

It did take 2 phone calls to get someone to come and check on our softener rental which was not doing the job. The gentleman who came out was polite and thorough. He did maintenance on the unit, replacing several parts. The softner appears to be back on track.
