The salt is delivered to the basement area and then the brine tank is also filled. Once a year a technician tests and checks the system to see if it is working as is should. Helpful office personnel who are always able and willing to be of help to you and answer your questions.
Our Service Agent Kelvin was OUTSTANDING!!! He kindly listened to our questions & conceners, while making sure to take his time to answer all of our questions as well as re-explained the spe and system we have in our home! It's been years of having it and there were quite a few things we'd forgotten & misunderstood. Kelvin was about to straighten everything out in 1 visit. We are looking forward to seeing him next year!

Would have preferred to pay a deposit then be charged the balance when the work was completed as it is not our practice to pay in full in advance for a service that has not been done

From sales to install to performance of the product was absolutely seamless. The salesperson knew our needs right away and informed us well. The installation person installed in a timely manner. Your delivery drivers are always very courteous and very knowledgeable. For our last salt delivery they came earlier than we anticipated but we got home just as they arrived. They waited for us to open the house and then provided their usual excellent service.

Customer Service has been very helpful and professional from the time I set up my account. Orders have always been on time and with no errors. You get a live person in the USA to discuss your account with you and/or answer any questions you may have. I have been extremely pleased with my Culligan Water Service and would recommend them to everyone. Wish I knew about them before I had signed up with Ready Refresh. They messed up my account so bad I just cancelled it and went with Culligan and it was the One of the best purchases I ever made.
