Culligan is an old established brand that I remember from my childhood in the 60s. Culligan was the brand that everybody used, so their history was my main reason to make the decision to purchase the system from Culligan.

My parents used Culligan water softeners in the 1950s so it was a no brainer when I moved to my new house with hard water to call on a name that I trusted for softening water

The entire process was straight forward and easy. No pressure sales tactics or hiding anything. Joel Hill made sure to take the time and answer all of our questions. And even answer our kids questions, which with a 5 year old. That is a daunting task in it self.
The installation process was simple and easy. We had one hiccup bought Culligan came out the next day and replaced the problem and corrected it to prevent any further issues. Every is working like we wanted! Set it and forget it. I wish I had done this year's ago. And everything looks so clean now with this install. Thanks to the Culligan team! I highly recommend everyone at the Crystal Lake branch.
