1. Existing Water quality is tested/determined prior to making any recommendation as to what product will improve the specifications of the water.
2. More than one product or system was offered along with honest benefits of each system including required maintenance and approx replacement costs along with what is provided by Culligan..
3. We could purchase or rent the system based on our situation.
4. Installation was done by a knowledgeable, trained technician who answered our questions.
5. Sean returned a week after the installation to measure the wuality of our drinking water to ensure the installed system provided the expected quality.

We were pleased with Culligan coming back to put the salt in the tank after a previous delivery man left in on the front porch. As we are both in our seventies there is no way we could have carried the salt bags to the bottom level of our home. Thanks again!!!

Jaress was very professional and very honest about Culligan. I am impressed with the system so far. I know that our toilets do not get so brown and Patricia even praised your company for her dishes coming out so clean. I had a Rain Soft system with four tanks, and a Chandler UV Light. I was very unhappy with the Rain Soft system that I could not wait to get it out of my home. I called them not long ago just to do a service and they only changed a couple of small plastic valves and cleaned out the air suction valve. They were only at our home for about an hour and charged me over $1,000 (over a thousand dollars). When I had asked them to put down that they only replaced to small valves they refused to do that and just put that they serviced the system and when I complained about their price they still would not change it. We are an older couple and I feel they took advantage of us. I will never use Rain Soft again.
