I have been very happy with the all the services from Rock Valley Culligan. Every time I call customer service, I am treated with respect, and they always take care of any questions I have. When they come out to service the water filtration system, they are always punctual and respectful. I highly recommend Rock Valley Culligan.
Service technicians are very considerate and polite. They make sure the job is complete - no leaks and water quality is acceptable - before leaving. Never need to call them back.
Unlike many, Culligan does not hound me with reminders of service due nor for the appointment. I get a postcard when service is recommended and they leave it up to me to decide to make the appointment. No annoying repeated texts and e-mails. Only what is needed.
