The installation occurred on schedule. The technician was thorough and explained all aspects of the water softener operation. When the Culligan installer left he took all the old equipment with him and left the work site clean and orderly.

I have been using Culligan of Crystal Lake for over 30 years. When the equipment fails, which is rarely, it is replaced quickly.
The people are great and have ALWAYS been there for me. Now that I am retired they bring me my salt and I have a good system to get it to the basement.
Rick has been my go to guy whenever I have issues. Keep the great service up. I will never change unless I move to another state.

I've been a customer with Culligan for 25 years. Bought my water softener from them and it recently stopped working, so I'm replacing it with another Culligan water softener. Anything that lasts that long is worth purchasing again. I also use their salt delivery service. I'm very satisfied with them.

The water softener has proven to be very reliable over the years and we love the phone app that allows us to bypass the system so we can water our plants. We also love the convenience of getting filtered tap water with the touch of a button.

Home delivery and refilling the salt tank is an excellent service, especially for seniors and disabled persons. You should feature that service in your advertising, (And don't forget to tip the delivery person!)
