Ease of delivery
Culligan is expensive, but the expertise and quality of products makes the cost worthwhile. We have had cheap softeners for years and the Culligan is the first one that is well made, works well and actually has a real local expert we can call on if we do need help.

The installation occurred on schedule. The technician was thorough and explained all aspects of the water softener operation. When the Culligan installer left he took all the old equipment with him and left the work site clean and orderly.
