I like being able to rent instead of buying. Had a problem and called Culligan. Had to wait 1 and 1/2 week to get someone out here. I didn't really like that, plus the tech had to call his boss to ask for help, he obviously had no clue. That definitely concerns me!

I have a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. The water from the faucet tasted much better. The softener I can tell the difference with my skin being softer, my clothes are softer too!
