Product and service delivery are good
Ricardo serviced our leaking unit and changed multiple things about the prior installation (only 2 months ago). Many pieces needed to be tightened and secured. He said the water pressure was too low and fixed that by putting in larger tubing etc., He also told us to remove the Thermador water filter and replace with a dummy filter as the fridge did not need a filter. He really took alot of time to figure our system out and now it is working perfectly, not leaking and with adequate water flow. I gather it was not installed optimally the first time.
