One issue I have is this. I had an appt. for July 17th and I called the Crystal Lake office
and changed it to July 30th. (Due to an appt. conflict.)
The service person showed up anyway on July 17th.
For salt deliveries I wish I could schedule a time when the salt will be delivered.

The technician was awesome! He has worked on our system since we bought the house in 2021. My husband usually took care of things like water softeners, but he passed away a couple of years ago. I had no idea how the system worked or what I needed to do to maintain it. My service man took the time to make sure I understood the system and how to take care of it. I appreciate the extra effort.
We had Jim as our driver for years, but now Jim has moved into the office. We have had several replacement divers. None of them were very good or reliable, until the latest one. He is doing a great job.

Efficient service technicians.
A Culligan installed plastic tee fitting on my RO system sprung a leak setting off the water alarm. Culligan was called and they came right away the next morning and replaced the fitting. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the excellent work done by the technician.
The delivery man was very courteous when he called. We were not home I asked him to deliver the bags of salt around back and he could leave them outside the fence. He went one step further and came through our backyard and left them right outside the back door.
I appreciate the friendly customer service when I call and appreciate the communication from the driver when the delivery will be delivered.
Water is great tasting and I have no complaints!
