Just like everything else these days I am not real crazy about the increase in pricing! I am on a fixed income and unfortunately my pay increases don't match the level of increases of, not only, your products but everything else!
My current bill is for over $80! In years passed that cost would have been unheard of!

I like the salt delivery. However, I am too old to get the bags down the steps. It would help to have a better idea of the time the delivery person will arrive so we are available to meet them. Otherwise, I doubt we can continue to get salt and will have to disable the water softener.
Your sales person appeared knowledgeable. The product appears to be durable and the water quality seems good so far we will have our first testing after install soon the technicians that did the install were amazing so far great experience.
