I’ve used Culligan with both of my homes. The staff have always been so friendly, knowledgeable, and really seem to work with a level of integrity that seems lost in today’s world. I had a nightmare with the water in my new home, and Brandon had legitimate fixes that I could do on my own instead of selling me a bunch of equipment I didn’t actually need at that time. When circumstances changed, Brandon set me up with a very affordable water softener with a very generous warranty. The gentlemen who installed the softener were excellent as well and really took the time to walk me through the whole system and answer all my questions before they left. I always recommend Culligan to my friends and family and look forward to continuing to use them in the future.
I need to inform you of my husband's death, and I need the bills and everything to start coming to me, Name removed my email address is Email address removed I do not know the delivery schedule and now that Jim isn't here to receive, I need to make arrangements for my neighbor to put it away for me. Could you please send me a delivery schedule? I belive we pay a yearly charge for the salt delivery but could you please clarify for me? We have been satisfied customers for years.

We have had a few issues with our Culligan system over the past 3 years and each time we needed a Culligan team to look over our system they have been there to address the issue in a timely manner (and on the one occasion where the initial fix did not solve the problem, another appointment was setup timely and the issue addressed then).
We also have salt delivery and it is always performed on the day that was planned months in advance so we can be prepared for their arrival.
