I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICES. THERE IS ONLY ONE THING I FEEL COULD USE IMPROVEMENT ON AND THAT IS FOREWARNING ON THE DELIVER OF THE SALT. I USE TO GET A CALL THE DAY BEFORE HAND OF THE SALT DELIVERY BUT I GOT THE CALL ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AND THAT DID NOT LEAVE ME TIME TO CONTACT THE OFFICE IF I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE DATE. LATELY, I HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING ANY NOTICE OF UP-COMING DELIVERY. IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL TO HAVE THAT SERVICE!
Excellent. Your driver deserves a medal. He's fast, courteous and never without a smile. We had to have a minor service performed to our softener recently. The service man arrived when he said he would; was able to assess the problem and fix in a timely manner. Thank You!

I have had Culligan service in 4 homes. This time I had my current equipment moved from a home I’m selling to a new home. No complaints about the service or the technician as usual. I was surprised and disappointed that no faucet cap was installed in the counter where the faucet was removed. It’s an inexpensive part but crawling under the counter at my age is not easy. I am still a loyal Culligan customer.

I love how I feel after a shower because of my water softener & how the water from the RO tastes for a refreshing drink! The service is great. The filters are replaced every year for the RO & whenever I want someone to check anything on either device they send someone out to check it out. The Price is very affordable especially for a senior on a fixed income. I would recommend Culligan to everyone & I do!
