It has greatly reduced the amount of rust in our water. I do not like the website. I have to keep the place where I can pay my bill on my phone because it is so hard to find it. It is also extremely small on my iPhone and I have make it bigger just to be able to read it. Sometimes I have had trouble getting it to take my debit card. Great products, lousy website.
