I have had a Culligan water softener for many years. All of the Culligan employees are professional and friendly. I am thankful that I have been able to rent a unit after my previous unit was not repairable. I also like that I can have my salt delivered.

I LOVE that Culligan will deliver and install salt for my brine bin. It is a godsend because I am a senior who had lifting limitations. I like having a delivery schedule for the year available, especially when it was sent in postcard form rather than printed on the last invoice.

The tech was excellent--professional, timely, and really seemed to know his stuff. He also said the home office computer system does not have accurate info on my equipment, which has caused previous techs to come out with the wrong replacement parts. He said he would make sure the file is updated so no mistakes are made in the future. PLEASE MAKE SURE MY FILE HAS BEEN UPDATED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT THE EQUIPMENT I HAVE!
