I like having water delivered to my home, it’s cold, love the taste and the service great.
I've only been a customer since July, but what a great experience! The driver that comes to the house to refill the salt, at my request, gives me a call at least 5-10 minutes before his arrival so I can put my dogs in my home office with me. I unlock the back door so he can do his work. He is so very nice for doing this because I have 5 big dogs and they can be a hassle knowing someone is in the driveway!!! LOL. I will promote Culligan always, thank you so much!!

Our driver is so kind. I’m 75 and he always rings the doorbell and places the heavy water bottles inside for me. He is an excellent example of great customer service.
