I have recommended culligans to my mother my sister and my niece and now they all have it. I have the reverse osmosis water and I love it that's all I drink. I cook with it also. I did need my water faucet to be replaced because it was getting hard to turn on and off and they came right out and did it and the gentleman that was here was very nice. I love culligans.
Everything about my experience so far has been great. The sales representative, Larry, was professional and friendly. Answered all of our questions and remained in contact with us until the install was complete and we were happy. The install guy, Frankie, was also incredibly friendly and professional. There ended up being a problem with my install that had to do with the plumbing in my house and not the system, and the customer service from both Larry and Frankie was great. They got it taken care of quickly and it wasn’t too expensive. If I had hired a plumber, it would have cost infinitely more than it needed it to.
I only had one issue speaking with anyone and that was with the answering service Culligan uses when their lines are busy. That representative was rude and didn’t actually listen to my issue however I was still in contact with Larry and Frankie so my issue was fixed quickly and why I say customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond in my opinion to get this issue resolved and I’m forever grateful.
