Great customer service. Installer 'Bishop' is amazing at his job and his customer interactions skills are those of a seasoned CSR. This location lost, to retirement a great office manager fairly recent. In her place, there is a new staff member who is learning the ropes. It is my opinion she is showing professionalism and a warm personality that will certainly keep the office running smooth and efficient as is the norm. I phoned in to request a service that I would bet is somewhat uncommon. It seemed clear that the woman wasn't sure how to help me at first but, she did the best thing she could have in my opinion, she explained that she had not yet been asked about this service at Culligan of Dixon, IL as she was fairly new at her job. She asked me for time to research the request and promised to phone back with the details and to schedule an appointment should one be required. Everything needed for the job I need done is now in the works and believe me, everything was handled in a very short time and at my convenience. I have always had this kind of service at Culligan of Dixon, IL.

My salt is delivered on time and my delivery person is very nice
I love that I can rent all the equipment and repairs and maintenance are included in the monthly rental fee. I didnt know you could do this until 2020! Then I got a whole house filter with reverse osmosis for my kitchen sink and ice/water dispenser and water softener. After 20 years of only having a water softener that we purchased. It only worked for 10 of those years and we had been through 4 water heaters in that time all due to the poorest quality water from a city well. I have shared this with everyone in my community on local social media groups because our water is not safe to drink but the city says it is. This option of rental saved my faucets, water heater and probably my family's life! Please advertise more about this option! Thank you Culligan!!!
