I have had only positive experience in working with Culligan of Crystal Lake for the past several years. They always listen to my water situation and respond promptly and respectfully.
There really isn't anything specific! I have been with company for so long that I can't even remember why I started using Rock Valley Culligan! I do remember that I started with a different company and at some point Rock Valley Culligan took over the company!! I must have liked the company because I didn't leave even after they moved to their present location!

I have never owned a water softener that isn't maintenance free and have always had issues throughout the years. I feel like Culligan take the work and worry out of having soft water. I might cost a little more, but I know I am covered with equipment and maintenance. And the salt delivery and fill are the best part. Totally worry free.

The people how well the product works. It’s filters are water out. It looks crystal. Clear doesn’t smell anymore love The clarity of the water taste great it’s an excellent system. My plumber in Kentucky also record recommended this water system purification system.
