Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Suggested that our water pressure for the unit was acceptable but somewhat low. We decided to have our well and tank inspected. This revealed that we had a bad impeller in the pump which caused it to run 24/7. Our electric bills had been mysteriously high for a couple of years and that is why! Thanks to our Culligan man, we are going to save a lot of money!

I have used the Culligan service since 2004. While there have been some issues during that time period, the people in Wheeling have always worked extremely hard to solve the problems that come up. I have been very happy with the techs, salt delivery and the office staff during this time. If you need this service, I highly recommend them.
Carlos was so kind and really walked us through the entire install process upon his arrival. He alerted us when the water would be shut off for a very short period of time. Our softener and drinking water system are working perfectly.

Although I wasn't able to keep the service I would definitely get them again if I ever needed to. Winchester area Jackie and Brooke are by far the best people I have come across and haven't actually met in person! If I was still in the area and was able to provide my business services to them they would not have to pay. The tech Brian who came to pickup the equipment also an awesome guy and human being.

We are senior citizens. That means that we are unable to carry the bags of salt down to the machine and empty them. Our delivery persons always come ready to take the bags down to the basement and load them. Any concerns are always dealt with promptly. And there are few of those.
