We have had a few issues with our Culligan system over the past 3 years and each time we needed a Culligan team to look over our system they have been there to address the issue in a timely manner (and on the one occasion where the initial fix did not solve the problem, another appointment was setup timely and the issue addressed then).
We also have salt delivery and it is always performed on the day that was planned months in advance so we can be prepared for their arrival.

Could you please send me a delivery schedule? I belive we pay a yearly charge for the salt delivery but could you please clarify for me? We have been satisfied customers for years.
