Just about rust free
We have been with Culligan since 1986 and have always been very satisfied with your products and services. Our system was not working correctly, and Andrell found multiple problems. He fixed what he could and the rest will be finished on Monday 8 May. We would like to tell you that Andrell went above and beyond to fix what was needed. He was due here between 12:00 and 4:00, and previous appointments had him arriving shortly after 5. I hope he will be paid overtime, as he was here well after 7:30 and we feel sure he was exhausted. We have never had anyone so devoted or determined to fix what he could. He is very meticulous, professional and knowledgeable. He has been here before and simply ONE OF YOUR BEST! We can not give him enough compliments.

You email me when you will be making a delivery and you actually show up!!! The delivery man is always very helpful in putting salt in the bin, resetting the clock, or anything else.
I like especially having the salt delivered and put in the softener. Also, the delivery man fixing the timer because of electricity outages!!

Delivery
They work! We have been using the water treatment, soda ash & filter systems for over 15 years. We love the fact that we can actually drink our well water & it tastes good! We met other people in the past, from the community, that also use the same system & they have also been pleased.
Salt delivery service is good/consistent, but salt price is alittle pricey. Equipment seems to work good. Overall very satisfactory.

Takes care of rust though water still has a smell.
It’s great having the reverse osmosis and have great soft water and salt delivery since I’m unable to carry the heavy salt bags. The delivery man was so helpful.
