I had an emergency and the culligan staff did what they could to get a service person out as quickly as possible . The service man was kind and efficient
Cilligan staff did say they were short on workers . I did have to subsist with yellow cloudy water for days bc culligan had no capability of getting out earlier . They originally said it was going to be weeks . Fortunately the scheduler was able to find a way to get someone in a few days however I still had to shower in a different location and had no ability to wash dishes or brush my teeth . Culligan needs to hire more people so customers are not in dire straights
The service I liked, but not how long it takes to get service scheduled. That took way too long.
