Jeff and his staff? Locally? The best! Thus why I have been in bed with these folks for 39-YEARS! Aqua Finance folks? For the current almost $6,000-system recently installed? The worst, absolute worst on this planet. The invoices are wrong, and even after talking to a human being that understand me as well as me, understanding them? And? They acknowledge that the invoice statements are wrong? It's been three (3) months now, but who's counting? Well ME of course. Doesn't anybody care out there? You know; to fix something that's broken? Sad... extremely sad. The only hit, indirectly against Culligan is to find a different, dare I say better and more professional finance company to partner with.

When they come to deliver salt, they are always on time . And they are very careful when putting salt in the container.
The technician who came to our house was extremely helpful! He discovered that our downstairs toilet had been running. We were then able to shut it off so no further water was leaking. Thank you!!

like the products, just don't like NO instruction booklet or bill of sale. Was told everything on line, NOT to easy when i'm rather not into Computers except text messages, email messages, don'tbuy on line, Don't like anything about looking up stuff on line or printing myself.
The delivery service is performed on schedule and the driver(s) notify me if they see something that doesn't look right. The tech's also very good. The office staff have been very helpful with any questions about my bill and scheduling both the salt delivery and the service technicians.

To the service per son, george was excellent and very efficient. Explain things. He was very patient and I answer all of our questions, what's really great to work with. And he was also just very careful with everything in our kitchen. And I really did an excellent job with fixing our water filtration system. A nice nice person and his name is George.
