I did not get a calendar this year and was unaware of the upcoming delivery. I received very short notice via text the day before delivery. I do not have my phone at work and did not receive an email notifying me of an upcoming delivery. I tried replying back to the text to cancel but it was after hours and the delivery came the next day. Will hang on to the bags but will probably need to cancel the next delivery. Been very happy with the service. These iron and water softener should have a rent to own. I have been paying for the same system for likely 4 years. No maintenance or anything has been done by Culligan for years. I have likely paid full price for both.
