I have been a customer with Culligan since 2010 and never have I been disappointed with the service. But this year I have had 3 different delivery persons and am disappointed at the turn overs. I know it’s difficult to get good workers but if the workers are treated well they will be with the company long term.
I was told that if and when I needed Salt, I should buy 2 bags at a time. Unfortunately I am not able to use 2 bags at a time hence I will only purchase one bag at a time.

FRANCISCO P., of CULLIGAN COMPANY, arrived per the scheduled arrival time. FRANCISCO listened to my concerns and issues with the water softener. FRANCISCO performed several diagnostic tests and performed next steps. Upon completion of diagnostic tests and next steps, FRANCISCO made recommendations to me. FRANCISCO showed me the issue was resolved, and the softener was working as expected. FRANCISCO is an excellent Tech for Culligan. FRANCISCO listens to the homeowner, explains his recommendations and shows that the issue(s) are/were resolved. Culligan should be proud to have FRANCISCO on their Team. Driver is always friendly and helpful putting the salt in the unit. It’s too heavy for me so I can’t do it. Appreciate the notification of the driver coming in advance and the fact that it occurs earlier in the day so I don’t have to wait around all day.
