Service technician was very friendly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The prices on the other hand...$179 an hour seems a little steep. More than a dealership repair tech charges...and 1 of the filters was $256. Granted I did not have to pay for filters, but I needed them and could not find them on line (specific to the company thst installed the system) so I didn't have much choice. Not saying they didn't provide very good service, just expect to pay a lot.

Love the quality of the water. Not only is it easy on all household appliances and faucets, but it is also soft in your skin. We are in our 70's and really appreciate the guys bringing the bags if salt to our basement and putting them in the softener for us.
