Still after the annual service of my RO, and talking to your technician, I am getting what appears to black mold like substance under the water line in the toliet bowls. The water also does not feel silky during bathing, it is more like dull feeling (hard to describe).
The delivery driver was extremely helpful by carrying all bags to the basement and loading the container. He also gave us advice on how to make our softener more efficient.

Great company and staff. The only recommendation is, when it comes to billing, they need to do a better job at recognizing a new customer under warranty vs one that is no longer covered under warranty—-you need to know this before you arrive with prefilled out documents with a $285.00 amount due.

Long lasting products. Our RO system has lasted and is doing a great job for more than two decades. Our service person was Will, and he was so informative and answered all our questions. On top of that, he was a very personable man. He represented your company very well.
Nate did a great job in changing filters and checking our entire system. He did trouble shooting for a taste problem we were having. The taste issue was resolved. He was very neat and cleaned up after his work. He wore shoe botties while conducting all of the maintenance.

The tech is always on time and does a very thorough job. The company is easy to deal with and haven't given me an upset stomach trying to deal with them since my husband died. The receptionists are always pleasant and patient.
