We really enjoy having our man keep track of us. The salt bags are too heavy for us to carry down to the basement. It usually takes two bags. If we didn't have Culligan keeping track of us we probably would not have soft water.

Everyone was friendly and helpful when I stopped by the store to ask questions. Someone came to my parents house the next day. Explained everything. In a couple of days the guy came and installed the new water softner.It was a lot of hard work for him in a tight space. He also had to cut alot of pipes. Hard worker. very patient and understanding.

Jeremiah was amazing. He was thorough in trying to solve the problem. He explained every step and why he was performing it ( we were present and asking questions) It was clear he was working hard to solve the dark water problem. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in performing his job. He made very sure prior to leaving that the numbers were all correct. My husband and I appreciated the work he did.
