System basically runs itself except a need to add salt twice a year and service techs usually do that for us.

I have found not only does the Culligan product (reverse osmosis) we have in our home is a good product but over a lengthy period of time, it has maintained a good working ability to perform with periodic maintenance.

Consistent cusotmer service. Flexible delivery options. I will say that I have recently been receiving some 5 gallon bottles that are scuffed up and/or missing handles. Handles are important to me since I am a senior and the handles help when placing the bottles on top of the dispenser.

I’ve sent two or three emails and they never emailed me back. Does no one check their email at this company? I’ve had other people tell me this too.
I do like all the reminders that they send me to make sure we put it out like I get an email reminder a text reminder and a phone reminder.
Is there a way that I could get on a list to check with me about every two months or so or Track how many times I need this and then send me a reminder as to when you’ll be out that month?
For example, in May, I would appreciate to know when you will be out this way in May?
