If I had to guess it’s been 29 YEARS I’ve been using Culligan of Austin. 29 years ago I moved to Texas and had no idea about hard water. Didn’t know what it meant. I found out quickly. I couldn’t afford to purchase so I decided to rent the equipment and be on the salt route. It turned out (for me) renting was best due to the fact that I never had to worry about maintenance or cost of any repairs. 10 years ago I moved to a smaller home and yes, you guessed it. Stayed with same company, had them come and install another unit and still rented it and stayed on salt route. That was 10 years ago. I didn’t even consider calling another company and that says everything. The people in the office have been nothing but helpful, kind and knowledgeable as is the delivery person and all techs that have ever come out if I had any issue or question.
The service man I think is name is Don. Super helpful super nice, and super knowlegeable

We were able to get serviced immediately, and the gentleman that delivered was knowledgeable and kept us posted as to when he would arrive. He called before he came to our house and he was very helpful.
You show up on time, all your service people are friendly and knowledgeable. You fix what needs fixing and your product works great. I would not have remained under your service for over 20 years if I did not trust it.
