I had a big-box store water softener that did fine for about five years before it finally failed. The Culligan sales rep was great to work with and didn’t try to oversell me anything fancy or more than I actually needed. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable, showed up on time, and had the old system swapped out, along with a new pre-filter, in no time at all. I also won’t miss hauling bags of salt into the basement, Culligan will be handling that going forward. Overall, top-notch sales and service.
