Last week, the delivery was on Thursday morning. There had been 2-4 cm of new snow overnight. We had put a container of salt near the empty returns, not for the driver to use, but for us. I heard the truck arrive and peeked through the door, and saw that the driver had used the salt container on the driveway, and returned it to the front porch.
I waved to the driver, and he waved back.

I have always found Culligan very helpful, the delivery is excellent & the water filter is great.
I received five bottles of delivery. The first two bottles and ring the doorbell and go get the rest after he returns and once I answered the door, and he always placed them inside. I truly appreciate it.

I never have an issue, and if I do, you are a phone call away. Every time I book my annual maintenance, there seems to be quite significant changes required, which I find odd. The on-site service techs are AWESOME, as they come and stay until everything is to their satisfaction. I just can't help but wonder if each has their own thoughts of system set up. Anyway, I'm happy but wish it didn't cost me about $70/month.

I have used Culligan for years, it is a great product and service has always been very good.
The service is very convenient and easy to use. I simply place my order, leave my empty water bottles in a pre arranged area. The delivery driver arrives changes the empty containers for the refills and continues on his/her way. Within a few weeks I receive my invoice on line pay it and it’s simply that easy. Also, the customer service team are very friendly and easy to speak with.
