I’ve been using Culligan for about a year now and highly recommend them. Their customer service and delivery drivers are always friendly and professional. The delivery pricing is fair, and the empty bottle return discount is a great bonus. Most importantly, the water tastes great.
Both of the technicians who came to our home were excellent. Kind, funny, efficient, and well-informed. Everything was explained in a way that my husband and I could understand, and even if we didn't, all of our questions were answered.
The options for our filtration and purification systems were laid out neatly based on what the technician recommended for our well water, with all finance options explained. We were not pressured to purchase our system outright as there is a rental option, and the assessor completely understood from a financial standpoint why that may not be affordable.
Additionally, the installer explained exactly what each part of the system was and what we may need to know about it. He also let us know we can always call the office to ask questions if we forgot his explanation, which was great!
When it comes to water purification, filtration, etc., there may be other companies who can offer similar services for less money. However, with Culligan, I found that it is well worth the cost for what you're getting. I will absolutely continue to use Culligan.
