Tim, our regular tech, is always swift and kind and careful with his attention — sometimes going out of his way to explain things to us so that we better understand not just our system but our water in general.

It’s the taste of Culligan spring water I like the most. It’s almost as good as beer.
I enjoy the water. I'm trusting the company that its healthy clean water because my immune system is compromised and I drink a ton of water, don't worry not too much. I appreciate the delivery and the company working with me to make deliveries work more smoothly. I like that they include maintenance and cleaning of the rented machines. Not sure how often that should be done. I have not had any cleaning yet but they did switch out my last machine after a year.

We've had our Culligan whole house system for many years now. Had a leak last night. Called them and John came out the next morning. Explained what was the problem. Fixed everything and installed future protections against a recurrence. No cost to us. That's one of the big reasons we like Culligan. They stand by their product and have excellent techs like John.
