When they installed my system, the put a line on the salt tank that said "max fill line" about half way up the tank. The installer told me it was to help prevent "bridging." The bi monthly service filled the tak to the top. A supervisor came out to check it and told me they weren't supposed to fill it so full. After about four or five months of not adding salt, the salt level was about 2 inches above the line, The last time I received service they again added salt and it is now about 6 inches above the max fill line. Why do they keep adding salt?

We have Culligan water purifier filters/and a water spigot on the kitchen sink. It's awesome and so handy! I'm 100% pleased with Culligan!

No mineral deposits on the shower doors, or fixtures.
No bags of salt to take to the basement with the salt delivery.
