I know I'm being taken care of with salt softener and softener being checked along with the I system. The best part is that their delivery man is always so friendly. The delivery man usually calls the day before to let me know when they are coming. I'm very fortunate that I have the culligan man coming.

If there is an issue, the office staff promptly sets up an appointment with the service separtment, or a technician can often talk me through resetting my unit.
Recently, we get a call the day before an appointment letting us know what the two-hour window of arrival will be on the day of the appointment.
