You probably could prepare much better for replacing products such as UV light systems when you no longer carry them. Even if it wasn't how you are currently designing / installing them currently you could offer other solutions perhaps even the one you are using / installing now?

When we moved here, our water was disgusting. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t drink it. We hated to bathe/shower because of the smell. We now have the whole house filter, softener, and reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink. I couldn’t be without them. They have made all the difference. The feel on our skin and suds in the shower are awesome. We even get compliments on our drinking water!
