The product of distilled water has been my choice for over 20 years. I was dealing with Sierra Water before Culligan bought them out. From my perspective, the transition was flawless and the great service continued. There were a couple of minor hiccups over the years, however, the folks at Culligan were always prompt in correcting any issue that arose. Interactions with the staff at Culligan have always been pleasant, which is an absolute treasure! Their people are great listeners, empathetic, never confrontational and focus on ensuring that the customer is satisfied. Their hassle-free attitude is a blessing! All of Culligan's staff should be proud to work for an organization where quality products and customer satisfaction are at the forefront and center of their business model. Just recently, I spoke with Tracey Turner regarding a pricing matter on delivery-fees. Her telephone mannerisms and handling of my concern was top-notch and she truly made me feel like a valued customer. Given that the bulk of my career involved positions which focused on customer satisfaction, I can assure you that Tracey is definitely an asset to the Culligan organization, who unquestionably fulfills her role very well and that she should be commended for doing a great job!

Water is very clean tasting. I like the updates I get when water service dates change. I like being able to drop off empty bottles or pick up extra bottles at the culligan facility if I need to.
The office staff and the on-site staff are very knowledgeable . They know what they are talking about and offer the best suggestion to the customer. Thank you to all.
