Convenience of delivery and quality of water.
I have been a customer for 4+ years. I have never had an issue with our water softener. The only reason I had someone come out this visit is because it has been a couple years since anyone has done anything to it and I wanted to know if annual maintenance was needed (like a furnace). The woman who helped me schedule the appointment was warm and friendly. I received a call the day before reminding me of the appointment and the window of time. The technician, Shane arrived during the stated window. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Easy to talk with. He answered all my questions, even questions that weren't about the water softener. Great experience and would highly recommend.
