The product softens the hard water, less hard water stains on sinks, toilets, etc. I believe that I have been told it helps other appliances have a longer life. I like having the service of having salt delivered. The service man is in and out doing a professional job.

Brian has worked for Culligan for years and he knows his products. He always comes the same day when ever I need anything! Culligan is lucky to have him!
